Dan enjoys teaching riders and horses of all abilities but acknowledges that many trainers, including himself have been victims of taking on too much each day which is his opinion is not productive for the client. He will therefore not be pushed into overloading his day and prefers to be known for the quality of his training and attention to detail rather than the number of clients.
Training can be offered by Daniel as individual tuition, shared sessions, training days or dressage camps either at Bayford or at your own yard. The Farm has a number of bed and breakfast cottages which are ideal for riders coming to work with Dan over a few days or a week.
He is very much involved in training with the British Dressage as official team trainer for the Pony Progress Squad, he is frequently invited by regional organisers to teach with BYRDS and Seniors. In the past he has represented the Eastern Region as Training Delegate, working to shape the future of training in the region and nationally.
Dan is one of the first dressage trainers in the UK to be awarded the new Level 3 National Coaching Qualification (UKCC) through the British Horse Society and is proud to be a British Dressage Accredited Coach.
